Eosinophil lysophospholipase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CLC gene. Lysophospholipases are enzymes that act on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. The protein encoded by this gene is a lysophospholipase expressed in eosinophils and basophils.
