CSF2RB Specific Neutra™ Antibody Products

CSF2RB serves as a common subunit to several cytokine receptors, such as IL-3 (interleukin 3), IL-5 (interleukin 5), and CSF2 (colony-stimulating factor 2). These receptors are reported to be expressed by a variety of cells, such as hematopoietic progenitor cells, endothelial cells, and neutrophils.

Functions of CSF2RB

CSF2RB is involved in a variety of cell life activities, including differentiation, proliferation, and survival. In addition, CSF2RB plays a pivotal role in the generation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells. It has been reported that CSF2RB is closely linked to a variety of immune pathways, including the B cell receptor signaling pathway and the T cell receptor signaling pathway. More importantly, CSF2RB is also an effective target for predicting the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. It is worth noting that in recent years, CSF2RB has gradually become a potential target for the prevention and treatment of cancers.

CSF2RB Related Diseases

CSF2RB is closely related to many diseases, such as surfactant metabolism dysfunction and hereditary pulmonary alveolar proteinosis. In addition, a large amount of evidence shows that CSF2RB is differentially expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissue and normal tissue. Therefore, CSF2RB gradually emerges as a unique biomarker related to immune infiltration in lung adenocarcinoma.

CSF2RB Signal Pathways

Under non-stimulated conditions, CSF2RB interacts with JAK1 and subsequently activates the JAK-STAT pathway to exert its effects. In addition, CSF2RB is also closely related to the TGF-β pathway and the MAPK family signaling cascade. Importantly, CSF2RB also interacts with JAK2/STAT5, PI3K/mTOR, and MEK/ERK to regulate cell life activities. It has been reported that CSF2RB also plays a vital role in the regulation of signaling receptors and cytokine receptors.
