MHC II-Antigen Protein 10

Product list
The MAP protein is a surface localized protein expressed by virtually every Staphylococcus aureus strain. McGavin et al (McGavin et al, 1993, Infect. Immun. p 2479-2485) identified a 72 kDa surface protein that binds a variety of host proteins including BSP, fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin, and thrombospondin. Map10 of S. aureus appears to be the minimal binding region of the whole MAP protein.
