| Sub Cat | Epitope | |
|---|---|---|
| V3S-1124-YC2155 | A conserved epitope including the oligosaccharide at position Asn67. | |
| V3S-0723-XY27 | A glycan-free quaternary epitope on the side of domain III of the HeV F globular head |
| Description | The mouse antibody recognizes the Fusion glycoprotein (F glycoprotein) of Nipah virus (NiV) and Hendra virus (HeV). The antibody recognize a prefusion-specific, conserved quaternary epitope and locks F in its prefusion conformation. It binds with high affinity to NiV F and broadly neutralizes NiV by blocking membrane fusion. It also broadly inhibited NiV-M, NiV-B and HeV. This product has been detected using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Bio-layer interferometry and Inhibition assay. |
