Description | This antibody exhibits a high affinity for CD127, with a dissociation constant of 556 pM. Additionally, it demonstrated the ability to partially obstruct the binding of IL-7 to CD127, resulting in a corresponding partial inhibition of IL-7-induced STAT-5 phosphorylation in human CD4 cells. Furthermore, the antibody demonstrated the capability to recognize CD127 expressed on the surface of a CD127-transfected CHO cell line. |
