Description | CNTO95 is a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal antibody that inhibits the migration of human melanoma and endothelial cells. CNTO95 has been demonstrated to bind to all subunits of the integrins that contain alpha V, except those containing a5 or aIIb heterodimers. It blocks the binding of both αVβ3 and αVβ5 to vitronectin in cell-based assays. |
