Summary

Description ELISA experiments show that the monoclonal antibody can react with wild RBD protein (WT-RBD), delta variant RBD protein (D-RBD) and Omacron variant (O-RBD) simultaneously. The monoclonal antibody has good neutralizing effects on wild-type (WT), delta (D), BA.1 and BA.2 variants. The antibody has good neutralizing effect on novel coronaviruses of four variants. The neutralization potency is more than 1000 times.
