Summary

Description APP Antibody (V3S-0324-FY8), IBL-102, is an antibody designed to selectively and robustly bind to Aβ oligomers. The IBL-102 antibody demonstrates a high degree of specificity, exclusively targeting Aβ42 molecules with a turn structure at positions 22 and 23. APP (aa 1-7)Antibody (V3S-0324-FY9) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that is developed to target Abeta 1-40. Specifically, it is an N-terminus (Aβ 1-7) Aβ-specific monoclonal antibody. Its applications include use in ELISA, FC, and WB assays. APP (aa 13-21) Antibody (V3S-0324-FY10), known as ACI-01-Ab7C2 or mC2, is a mouse IgG2b antibody. It demonstrates a 36.0% higher affinity for the peptide containing its specific epitope (amino acids 13-21 of the Aβ1-42 sequence) compared to the entire Aβ1-42 protein. APP (aa 22-35) Antibody (V3S-0324-FY11) is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody. The clone 6G binds to the C-terminus of various truncated Aβ peptide, for example, 22-35, 1-38, 1-40, 1-42, and 1-43. APP (aa 1-16) Antibody (V3S-0324-FY12), Mab 2324, is a mouse IgG2b type. The clone was generated through the immunization of a mouse with the Aβ 1-40 peptide. The Mab 2324 targets a N-terminal epitope of Aβ and specifically binds to Aβ without cross-reacting with β-APP. APP (aa 33-42) Antibody (V3S-0324-FY13) is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody known as 21F12, which exhibits a strong affinity for the dense core of plaques in AD sections. The antibody specifically targets the epitope within residues Aβ 33-42.
