Description | This recombinant anti-EBOV VP35 antibody (clone E1) recognizes the Ebola filovirus (EBOV) VP35 protein. E1 recognized recombinant EBOV VP35 in ELISA but showed no reactivity in denaturing conditions of WB, suggesting that E1 probably recognize conformational epitopes. E1 has a significant inhibition effect on the IFN-β-induced RIG-I signaling cascade mediated by VP35 in A549 cells. |
