Summary

Description This product is an inhibitory antibody MAA868 that binds the catalytic domain of both zymogen FXI and activated FXI. The antibody has a high affinity for human and cynomolgus monkey FXI and FXIa but not to mouse or rat FXI and FXIa. MAA868 specifically inhibits FXIa function within the intrinsic coagulation pathway.
