Summary

Description This product is a neutralizing antibody that binds to Human papillomavirus 58. The antibody is a recombinant mouse mAb. NAb 2H3 recognizes an epitope involving BC, EF, FG, and HI loops of the HPV58 capsid and demonstrates the highest binding and neutralizing efficiency in the nAb panel.

Application Notes The 96-well plates were coated with antigens (300 ng/well) overnight at 4°C and then blocked with blocking buffer for 1 h at 37°C. HPV58 type-specific antibodies were added at the indicated concentrations for 45 min at 37°C. Subsequently, the plates were washed with PBST and then incubated with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (goat anti_x0002_mouse IgG) for an additional 45 min. The assays were developed with tetramethylbenzidine, and the reaction was terminated. Absorbance was measured at 450 nm with a reference wave_x0002_length of 620 nm using a Multiskan Spectrum.
