Description | Antibody 6F5H1L1 is a humanized mAb specifically binding to human PDCD1 (programmed cell death 1), well-known as PD-1. This anti-PDCD1 antibody can effectively block the binding of PD-1 and its ligand PD-L1. The parental murine monoclonal antibody (6F5) was generated in BALB/c mice by immunization with recombinant PD-1(ECD)-TEV-mFc. The binding activities of this antibody were measured by ELISA. |
