Description | The mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody was expressed by a hybridoma cell line. It exhibits cross-reactivity with human and chimpanzee CD19 only, but not with cynomolgus, dog, rabbit, hamster, mouse, and other species investigated. The antibody blocks B-cell activation without causing B-cell depletion. The antibody shows a significant inhibition of proliferation of primary B- cells from three donors stimulated with anti-IgM and IL-4. |
