Applications

Application ELISA; Inhib
Application Notes ELISA
The APE05570 antibody was tested for the ability to bind cell surface DDR in mouse serum by an ELISA assay. The antibody was incubated in normal mouse serum for 1, 4, or 7 days at 37°C. hDDR1-avi-his was coated on plates at 1 μg/m overnight at 4° C and washed three times in PBST buffer. Plates were then blocked with 3% BSA/PBS (200 μl/well) for one hour. The antibody APE05570 was then diluted, added to the washed plates, and incubated for two hours at room temperature. Bound antibodies were detected with goat anti HuIgG (H+L)-(HRP) at a dilution of 1:10,000. After washing the plates, 100 μl of TMB substrate was added to detect antibody, and plates were read at 450 nm.
