| Description | This product is a humanized antibody derived from mouse antibody against ERBB3. The antibody targets the ERBB3 dimerization domain (β-Hairpins of ERBB3). The antibody binds to the ERBB3 ECD in its active "open" conformation with improved kinetics, due to a better accessibility of the ERBB3 hairpin in its "open" conformation. The antibody binds to the ERBB3 ECD in its "closed" conformation with slower association rate constant. |
