Description This is a neutralizing antibody clone 1F5 specific for F glycoprotein, derived from mouse. 1F5 recognizes the prefusion-specific, conserved quaternary epitope and locks F in its prefusion conformation. 1F5 has a specific affinity with NiV F and HeV F glycoprotein. 1F5 neutralizes NiV and HeV through inhibition of membrane fusion. This product has been detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Bio-layer interferometry and Inhibition assay.

Application Notes Bio-layer interferometry (BLI): The equilibrium dissociation constants (Kd) of 1F5 to NiV F or HeV F is 1.47 and 1.24 nM, respectively.
Inhib: The Ab broadly inhibited NiV-M, NiV-B and HeV with IC50 ranging between 0.2 and 1.3 µg/ml for 1F5-h1F5.
