Application Notes | ELISA plates were coated with the SARS-CoV-2 proteins, S-dTM, S1-short, S1R, RBD, and NTD, at 1 μg/ml in PBS at 4°C overnight. After standard washes and blocks, plates were incubated with 50 ml serial dilutions of antibody in each well for one hour at room temperature. Anti-mouse whole IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugates were used as secondary antibodies, and TMB was used as the substrate. |
