CD70 Specific Neutra™ Antibody Products
Product listCD70 molecule (CD70), also known as TNFSF7 or CD27L, is a single-pass type II membrane cytokine. CD70 is overexpressed in normal tissues such as the liver and cancer cell lines such as SKOV3, U251, and RXF393. CD70 is the ligand for CD27, a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. Diseases associated with CD70 include lymphoproliferative syndrome 3 and lymphoma.

Mechanisms of the CD27/CD70 Signal Pathway
The mechanisms and functions of the CD27-CD70 pathway in the respective priming, clonal expansion, and effector phases of different immune cells are shown in Figure 1.

CD70-based Therapeutic Strategies
CD70 is overexpressed in both primary and metastatic tumor resections in various solid cancers. The anti-tumor strategies based on CD70 listed below are currently being developed successfully.
- Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting CD70 for hematologic and solid cancers.
- CAR-T cells against human CD70 in hematologic malignancies.
- Combination therapy with chemotherapy, antibodies, and cellular immunotherapy with CD70-targeted agents for some cancer types.
Clinical Significance of CD70
The drug candidates of these mono- and combinatorial therapies are mostly anti-human CD70 CAR-T cells, anti-CD70 antibodies, and CD70-based ADCs. CD70-based strategy may be a new approach for cancer immunotherapy. The history of combinatorial anti-tumor therapy targeting CD70 is listed here.
